In March 2022, JS Learning was contracted to support the build of the Academy, bringing Unite Students' L&D strategy to life. Collaborating closely with the Academy Team, JS Learning designed, built, and facilitated numerous programmes, including Corporate Induction, Sales learning, Diversity & Inclusion, Public Speaking, Team Building, Job Skills checklists, Recruitment, Service culture, Welfare Checks, Train the Trainer, Emergenetics psychometric profiling, and more.
Now up and running, the Academy is an incredibly valuable asset to all team members at Unite Students, offering daily learning to all employees, positively impacting the customer experience.
