Customer centric hospitality in VIP & classified settings
Working with the Aramark team was a new one for me because hospitality is usually such an overt thing!
Here, the project was to train the operational team on delivering the very best hospitality, but within an environment where they must operate under the radar, with discretion and professionalism.
Two workshops later, with a visit to a butterfly house included (an exercise to spot detail!), the team left armed with new knowledge, skill, and awareness of how to engage day to day.
As this was something completely different to the norm for me, I very much enjoyed facing the challenges that came with understanding a whole new way of delivering hospitality. Important here was to understand the operation, and the restrictions they faced in how they perform their roles.
